    12. XGEN AI does not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals. If an End User is a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2) permits such individual to request information regarding the disclosure of his/her information by XGen Ai to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes.     13. Users may opt-out from marketing communications at any time.

    Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK) have a right at any time to:
